Customized & Made-to-Order Products
All our bridal outfits are custom-made according to customer measurements, design preferences, and requirements.
Once an order is confirmed and production has started, returns, exchanges, or refunds are NOT allowed.
Custom-made products cannot be resold, hence they are non-returnable.
No Return / No Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Customized bridal lehengas or dresses
Made-to-order products
Orders placed as per specific customer instructions
This includes changes of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or personal preferences after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
Refund or replacement will be considered only in rare cases, such as:
Product received is damaged during transit, or
A wrong product is delivered (not as per confirmed order)
Conditions:
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be shared
Claims will be reviewed and approved after verification
Refund Process (If Approved)
If a refund is approved (exceptional cases only), it will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges, customs duties (if any), and transaction fees are non-refundable
Cancellation & Refund
Orders cannot be cancelled once customization or production has started
Any advance paid is non-refundable
